Unlike traditional museums, this one invites you to explore the beauty of the desert through a unique combination of a zoo, botanical garden, natural history museum, aquarium, and art gallery—all in one incredible location!

Spanning 21 acres with two miles of scenic walking trails, the museum offers countless opportunities to witness desert wildlife up close. Highlights include Stingray Touch, the Hummingbird Aviary, the Warden Aquarium, and the Earth Sciences Center, where you can step inside a stunning replica of a limestone cave.

Don’t miss the seasonal Raptor Free Flight demonstration, where native birds of prey swoop so close you can feel the rush of their wings. Whether you’re a nature enthusiast, photographer, or birdwatcher, this is the perfect destination for capturing breathtaking moments. It’s no wonder TripAdvisor ranks it as Tucson’s #1 attraction!

The museum’s permanent mineral collection is recognized as one of the finest regional displays in the world, making it a must-see for geology lovers. Open daily year-round, the museum offers an unforgettable adventure for visitors of all ages. Hours and admission rates vary.
