The vibrant border city of Tijuana is gearing up to host one of the most anticipated events of the year: the Tia Juana Tattoo Festival 2024.

The Tia Juana Tattoo Festival 2024, celebrating the art of tattooing and the culture surrounding it, will take place on June 8 and 9 at Morelos Park in Tijuana, Baja California.

This festival has gained renown over the years for bringing together some of the best tattoo artists from Mexico and around the world. The 2024 edition promises to be bigger and better than ever, providing a platform for artists to showcase their talent and creativity.

Renowned tattoo artists that will be at Tia Juana Tattoo Festival 2024

Yoichi Tanaka: The Japanese tattoo artist known in the tattoo world for having inherited the millenary Japanese tebori technique, which consists in the realization of tattoos manually and without machines. Specializing in samurai culture and katanas (Japanese swords), he is one of the most awaited tattoo artists at this festival.

Fran Ruina: Spanish artist with more than 23 thousand followers, specialized in old school tattoos and recognized for his online seminars for beginners and intermediate tattoo artists.

Influencers will also attend the Tia Juana Tattoo Festival

This festival has gained such popularity that several influencers will also be present at Parque Morelos, here are some of the confirmed influencers:

  • Anthony Loffredo: The man who wants to be an alien and who has captured all his transformation in ‘The black alien project’, the Instagram account where he uploads all his progress and which already accumulates 1.3 million followers.
  • Rodrigo Kerek: Known on TikTok and Instagram for giving haircuts to strangers and uploading them to his networks. He currently has more than 250 thousand followers on his accounts.
  • Eve Rojo: Influencer known for being part of Badabun, she has approximately 140 thousand followers on Instagram.
