As part of its Halloween festival, Knott’s Berry Farm has planned a lineup of activities for the little ones, including trick-or-treating, live shows, costume contests, and pumpkin decorating.
New this fall, Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and friends are hosting “Spooktivities,” a series of games, musical performances, and spooky storytelling, perfect for kids of all ages.
Whether you’re trick-or-treating through the eerie streets of Ghost Town or heading to Livery Stable to meet the Creepy Critters of Calico, you’ll be immersed in corners filled with cobwebs and pumpkins, bringing the Halloween spirit to life.
Theme Change at Knott’s Berry Farm for 2024
Recently, the news about the closure of the popular “Wax Works” maze, a highlight of Knott’s Scary Farm, stirred concern among fans. Although there were rumors about the park shutting down, the truth is far different.
Since its debut in 2019, Wax Works has immersed visitors in a chilling wax museum where Dr. Augustus Scratch turned his victims into grotesque wax figures. However, after this year’s Halloween season, the maze will permanently close its doors.
But don’t worry—Knott’s Berry Farm is promising a brand-new experience for 2024. While Wax Works will return for one last scare from September 19 to November 2, it will be replaced by a new maze once the haunting season wraps up, ready to write a fresh chapter in Knott’s Scary Farm history.
Among the many surprises planned for the park, the Calico Mine Stage will host Krazy Kirk and the Hillbillies, offering an energetic and comedic country music show for all to enjoy.
Additionally, the Bob Baker Marionette Show at the Birdcage Theatre will add some eerie yet entertaining fun for visitors.

Knott’s Scary Farm kicks off on September 19 and runs through November 2, offering 31 nights of spine-chilling experiences, including two brand-new mazes designed to test even the bravest souls.
Please note that the nighttime event is not recommended for children under 13. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit knottsscaryfarm.com
