Officials from Mattel Adventure Park have announced plans for a soft opening in late 2024. This preview will coincide with the unveiling of the VAI Resort, and will introduce the public to the indoor theme park located in Glendale, Arizona.

Representatives from Mattel Adventure Park have recently confirmed their intentions for a soft opening of the indoor theme park in late 2024, coinciding with VAI Resort’s sneak preview.

VAI Resort, slated to become Arizona’s largest hotel resort upon completion of all phases next year, boasts four hotel towers. Among them is a tower uniquely designed around the resort’s 11,000-seat amphitheater, tailored to host nationally acclaimed headliner performances. Situated on the opposite end of the resort lies the highly anticipated Mattel Adventure Park, set to become the nation’s inaugural Mattel-themed indoor park.

Mattel Adventure Park Attractions Advancements

There is concrete evidence that construction of the flagship Hot Wheels Twin Mill Racer roller coaster is advancing rapidly. The latest video update shared on YouTube by Coasters and Cosplays reveals that the majority of track supports are now installed, with additional track sections added since the last update just a couple of weeks ago.

With progress moving at this pace, it’s safe to assume that the completion of the roller coaster is imminent. Soon enough, enthusiasts will have the opportunity to witness the finished layout of this eagerly awaited Hot Wheels attraction.
